Issues and Damages

• If your order is damaged or defective upon reception please contact us immediately with photo proof of the item. If we deem the item defective or damaged you are subjected to a refund or replacement. If you received the wrong item please provide us with your confirmation number and photo proof of incorrect item. That item must then be sent back within 14 days of reception the item must not be worn, altered, stained or washed.
• We are not responsible for items damaged once in the hands of any shipping service
